Terms of Use

These terms explain how you may use the Goblis Group website and, when enabled for you, GOS. Specific signed agreements and applicable law govern the relevant business relationship.

Corporate information and investment decisions

Public information introduces the Group and its approach. It is not an offer of securities, an invitation to deposit money, a regulated financial service or personalised investment, legal or tax advice. Descriptions of markets do not establish an office, licence, investment or operating presence in every country.

Separate legal entities

Operating companies retain their own management, contracts and responsibilities. A website reference does not make every company liable for another entity's obligations. Any transaction requires identification of the actual contracting entity and authorised signatories.

Authorised GOS use

GOS access is limited to approved accounts and assigned permissions. Do not share credentials, impersonate another person, bypass controls, probe private records or use access outside your assigned responsibilities. Google authentication does not itself establish authority to act for Goblis. Access can be restricted or revoked when a role changes or security requires it.

Enquiries and submissions

Public online submissions remain unavailable during activation. You may use the published contact email. Sending an enquiry does not form a contract, create an investment commitment or grant confidentiality terms beyond applicable obligations. Agree an appropriate secure channel before sending commercially sensitive documents.

Intellectual property and acceptable use

Goblis branding and original website materials are protected by applicable rights; third-party material remains with its owner. You may refer to public information with proper attribution, but must not misrepresent affiliation, reproduce protected material unlawfully, distribute malware or disrupt the service.

Availability and external services

We aim to keep information useful and accurate, but content may change and services may be interrupted for maintenance or security. External links are provided for reference and are governed by their providers' terms. Nothing here excludes a right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Privacy, changes and contact
