Data Deletion and Access Requests

You can make a privacy request without signing in to GOS or using an online form.

Send your request

Email info@goblisgroup.com with the subject “Goblis data request”. State whether you want access, correction, deletion or restriction, the service involved and the email address associated with your record. Do not send your password, OAuth client secret or unnecessary identity documents.

Verification and review

We identify the responsible legal entity and relevant records, verify identity proportionately, and assess the request against applicable legal and retention obligations. We will explain the action taken or why a record must be retained. We do not disclose private records merely because a request comes from a similar email address.

Google connections

You can remove a GOS connection in your Google Account's third-party connections settings. This stops future authorised Google access but does not automatically delete corporate or audit records already held by Goblis. Request their review by email. The initial GOS sign-in feature does not retain Google API access or refresh tokens.

Records and backups

Eligible records may be deleted, anonymised or restricted. Corporate, employment, tax, contractual, legal, audit and security records may require retention. Restricted backup copies expire under their backup lifecycle; restoration must preserve the effect of approved deletion or account revocation.
