Access shaped by responsibility.
GOS is the Group's corporate operating workspace for approved people. It is intended to organise authorised work, governance information, business relationships and evidence around explicit roles and accountable decisions.
Identity first
The prepared Google sign-in flow verifies an approved user's identity. Signing in does not automatically grant a corporate role or access to another person's records.
Controlled information
Public corporate information stays separate from private employment, financial, investment and Board records. Access is assigned for an authorised purpose and must remain reviewable.
Service activation
The public website is available. GOS sign-in and online submissions are still being activated and are not currently open to public use. The initial Google integration is for identity only, rather than access to Gmail, Calendar or Drive.
